Ken is the Managing Director responsible for leading the Global Chemicals Investment Banking effort at Goldman Sachs. Ken has greater than 20 years experience in serving the Chemicals sector, and has led transactions for Chemicals clients across the globe in this time. Ken is based in New York.
Ken has been the key advisor on several of the sector’s largest transactions, and has been involved in a number of the most creative sector structuring exercises over the last two decades, including tax structured and cross border transactions.
Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Ken was responsible for the Chemicals sector at Barclays Capital, and prior to that ran the Chemicals M&A effort at Lehman Brothers.
Ken earned a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, with Honors, from the University of British Columbia in 1997 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2003.
