Attendees from the rest of the countries can apply for a visa through the nearest Saudi Arabia Embassy and Consulate. You can visit https://www.mofa.gov.sa/ar/Pages/default.aspx for the complete list and locations.
Attendees can acquire a valid visa on arrival if any of the following conditions:
- Attendees holding a valid and used visa of USA, UK, or Schengen
- Nationals from listed countries of e-visa
