The 5th GPCA Youth Forum, held alongside the landmark 20th Annual GPCA Forum, will bring together students, young professionals, and senior industry leaders to explore how the next generation can lead through disruption and contribute to a more resilient, competitive, and future-ready chemical industry.
Under the theme “The Resilient Generation: Built to Lead Through Disruption,” the Forum will address the realities shaping the global chemical industry, including geopolitical uncertainty, supply chain disruption, market volatility, and the growing need for industrial resilience and business continuity.
Led by the GPCA Youth Council, comprising 33 young professionals from across the Arabian Gulf, the Forum reflects the industry’s growing commitment to empowering young talent and recognizing its vital role in shaping a more resilient, innovative, and globally competitive future.
The youth journey will begin with the Leaders of Tomorrow Flagship Program on 22 November, featuring the GPCA LoT Youth Circle, an interactive leadership dialogue open to all young delegates. The program will continue with two dedicated workshops tailored to the distinct needs of students and young professionals, providing targeted learning and development opportunities for each audience.
The enhanced Youth Forum program will feature insights from senior industry leaders, real-world case studies, crisis-response simulations, collaborative discussions, and practical exercises designed to equip young talent with the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to lead through disruption and drive the future of the petrochemical and chemical industry.
