The 4th edition of the GPCA Legacy Award will be held during the 16th Annual GPCA Forum on day one, 6 December, at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. One or more chemical industry pioneers will be recognized at an official award ceremony for their contributions to the regional chemical industry. The GPCA Legacy Initiative and GPCA Legacy Award “Al-Rowad” (الرواد ( ّ were launched in 2017 to recognize the pioneers of the chemical industry in the Arabian Gulf region. The Award takes place on an annual basis and honors individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to foster and strengthen the chemical industry in one or more of the GCC states. Past recipients of the Award include:

A Hall of Fame at the Annual GPCA Forum will showcase the Arabian Gulf Chemical Industry Pioneers who were recognized at previous editions of the Award. The exhibit will encompass interactive media narrating their achievements with a mixture of video, audio and text, providing delegates with a fully immersive experience of the Award. GPCA looks forward to welcoming delegates to the official award ceremony at the 4th GPCA Legacy Award and celebrate the achievements of the pioneers who influenced the chemical industry and shaped its success over the years.
